Hello!
My name is Emma and I am one of the photographers behind Paris&Penno.
We are a small family operated business offering a unique style and vision in photography to Southland and Otago.
Established in 2012 whilst living in Australia predominately shooting landscapes. It wasn't until our daughter was born in 2014 that I formed a new found passion for portrait photography. Since then I have attended many workshops and training seminars specialising in portrait photography. Most recently at the end of last year I was lucky enough to attend a workshop in Perth held By Kath V Photography who is a major inspiration and influence in my photography.
Photography is forever evolving with new techniques and styles, and in a world full of photographers it is hard to find your neich. Since relocating my photography style has evolved to what it is now.
Thank you for taking the time to look at our webpage! We hope to hear from you soon.
Make sure to check out the Paris&Penno Family below. These are the guys that drive our business!
Meet Harley
Our resident Australian! But don't hold that against him!
A qualified Signwriter by trade, Harley has a good eye for detail and is also great behind a camera. A fantastic assistant on location, he is also our resident prop builder! Always working away in the garage coming up with fresh new ideas, and creations.
Meet Claire
With a passion for dogs (Labradors in particular!), Claire assists and takes control of most of our dog photography shoots. She is an extremely talented photographer who has a keen eye for style and detail.
With more than one or two tricks up her sleeve you need her at your next shoot!
Meet Ella
Our photographer in training!
Ella is your typical 3 year old! Going through the terrible 2's she wasn't as keen on being in front of the camera, as a pose to taking photos. Now that she is 3 and has turned into a bit of a girly girl (with sass of course) she loves being back in front of the Camera. She will do almost anything to be able to put on a gorgeous frock and rock a photo session!
She's also getting quite the smarty pants at taking photos herself. Her own camera might be in the near future!
